Bell Pepper

Bell peppers are the mild, sweet members of the Capsicum family, lacking the capsaicin that makes their chili relatives hot. They come in a rainbow of colors—green, yellow, orange, red, and even purple—with red peppers being the sweetest as they are simply ripe green peppers left on the vine longer.
